How To Perform Free Style Wrestling

Professional wrestling alias free style wrestling is not a hoax. It is just that all the moves and its orders are predetermined. That being said, many of the wrestling moves can cause a lot of pain when performed right and can cause death or permanent physical or mental disability when performed wrong.

That being said these are some of moves written for your knowledge only. This article does not advice or encourage you to use it or test it on someone, nor do I or ezine takes responsibility for your actions or its consequences.

The Simple Leg Drop

This is quite simple but a very effective to put off your opponent.

1) Make your opponent so tired, that he has no idea where he is i.e make him dizzy with pain and fatigue. Make him lie on his back.

2) Move a couple of meters back from you opponent, perpendicular to his body length Be sure to have couple of yards space, so that you can run freely.

3) Now sprint to your opponent and jump and lift both of your legs as horizontal as you can. By lifting your legs too much, you can hurt on your bum. By not lifting your legs much, you again stand a chance to hurt yourself.

4) Now one of your legs should land on your opponent's chest, face or neck (throat to be exact) and the other on the floor.

This move is also called Atomic Leg Drop or simply Atomic drop due to sheer devastation caused by the move.

The Discuss Leg drop.

This move is also devastating as the previous.

1) Make your opponent lie on his back. Make sure he is very tired.

2) Go to the nearest corner and climb the top turnbuckle.

3) Make a jump and rotate in the air 360 degrees before landing on your back. Your legs must land on your opponent's chest, throat, or face for maximum impact.

The front flip or The Somersault leg drop

This is the same as the discuss leg drop But instead of climbing on the turnbuckle, you simply jump from the same level as that of your opponent.

1) Your opponent should be lying on his back, too tired to get up or move or roll.

2) To perform this move, you should be able to get enough elevation in your jump, so that when you have enough time to rotate 360 and land your legs on your opponent.

3) This perform can usually be performed only by lightweights and highflying athletes.
